JeanRichard Partnership
High Wire Master Nik Wallenda
Partnership Launch at The Mandalay Bay Hotel for JCK
J EANRICHARD's partnership with Nik Wallenda is based on the principles of those who embark on a new journey, reflecting the art of life in its collections, as Wallenda does in his daily activities. In the same way that Wallenda enjoys the challenge of walking on a wire, JEANRICHARD creates watches for those who enjoy authenticity and live their lives to the fullest. They are for the independent spirit who play by their own rules and rather than just focusing on the destination, prefer to enjoy the road being traveled.
"It is incredible to think that this man was the first person to ever walk across the Niagara Falls on a two-inch steel wire and that he will do the same later this month in the Grand Canyon", said Michele Sofisti, CEO of Sowind (Girard-Perregaux and JEANRICHARD). "Nik represents this sense of unique adventure of JEANRICHARD: ordinary people doing incredible and extraordinary things."
"I am very proud to be a part of the JEANRICHARD family and excited to bring my own Philosophy of Life to the mix", said Wallenda. "Our vision is one that embraces the love of risks and pushing boundaries."
The JEANRICHARD lifestyle conveys a strong mindset that inspires new challenges without compromising powerful design or reliable performance, as seen in their four collections showcased at JCK: 1681, Terrascope, Aeroscope and Aquascope.
| During the dinner, Wallenda was presented with a Terrascope timepiece to commemorate the new relationship with JEANRICHARD. The Terrascope Collection offers a 44 mm cushion-shaped case reinforced by two lateral arms, proving that pleasing design is not delivered without utility measured for adventure. At the same time, its self-winding JR60 movement provides the accuracy required of a watch that will accompany your day-to-day life. |
